Called for a last minute appointment on a Sunday; Susan did an amazing job. Friendly and polite staff, they did a beautiful job (and I can be picky) ‍ Peking can be challenging, so my suggestion is to allow 10-15 minutes ahead of your appt time to find (street) parking.

I made an appointment for 2:30 PM but my feet were soaking for 30 minutes. The owner profusely apologized and when I went to feed the meter she gave me quarters (6 to be specific) which I thought was a very nice gesture. She explained that the customer ahead of me initially wanted a mani-pedi th4m decided she wanted a facial. I couldn't fault her for that but appreciate that she told me and again kept apologizing. Because they were now running late because of that customer, the owne did my feet. I swear, her hands were lightning because in 15 minutes she was done and even fit in a under feet scrub, leg scrub and a massage which felt amazing. Then, Mary did my gel nails and she was very sweet and very thorough. She also gave me a back and neck massage which I needed more than I realized. Decor is less than desirable and dilapidated but hey, it's clean, they do a good job and they're really nice unlike a lot of other spits I've been to. I also witnessed a customer who received a pedi who came back after she put shoes in and ruined it and they fixed it for her FOR FREE even though the customer insisted on paying -- now THAT'S customer service. Recommend getting the 10 day OPI polish, it's only $2 more and your pedi will last that kich longer. Park on the side streets if you can but beware streets are narrow and busy. Also, if you come with boys, send them next door to the barber shop while you get your nails did. Robert and his brother are amazing.
