1000 Northern Blvd #150, Great Neck“Finally, I am here to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jenna, Tina, Shareis, and Harrison (for two sessions) at the Great Neck office. I needed only two months of physical therapy for a pain that I had for about ten years! Jenna is very gifted and knowledgeable in the care she gave, apparent in her plan for my exercises at home, and her strong massages over the sciatica nerve, which was causing me grief, while I was driving, sitting, and laying, from my butt all the down my right leg to my toes. I am so grateful! ????After just three sessions, I recommended a friend by giving her Jenna's Metro card and the Metro Phys & Aqua Therapy card, which lists several locations. Tina is very meticulous, diligent and tireless in her work with several patients at any given time, and she is funny as well. Shareis is also very kind and helpful in answering questions by phone and in person to make it easy to make new appointments. Besides, the physical therapy work offered, the positive, kind, and cheerful environment helps to make the time, there, even more exceptional. I know that when I need physical therapy in the future as I get older, I will return to Metro in Great Neck, again and again, even though I live a distance away.“

All I can say is that from the minute I called for an appointment, the entire staff has been so warm and friendly that I hope to never use another PT/OT clinic in my life!....I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and ruptured my quad tendon from my patella two months ago and I did quite a lot of research to find a qualified clinic to help me recover from such a devastating injury. My experience has been more than I had hoped for......My initial evaluation took place in a private room where I met Jeremy (Physical Therapist) who did everything correctly from his introduction to taking proper measurements. Jeremy has followed the surgeon's rehab protocol to the letter and is moving me through the process slowly and methodically. The rehab aides are always nice and friendly as they set you up for the next exercise or activity....This is a wonderful clinic in a nice part of town with friendly patients who are quick with a joke or supporting words. I'm really happy to have found this clinic. The whole experience has been wonderful and it all starts with the front desk.....Trust me when I say this, you will never find a kinder front desk staff in any office and that vibe just carries through the entire clinic. If you're considering this clinic, you can't go wrong if you decide on getting treated there and this is coming from a certified and licensed medical professional.“

200-14 44th Ave Floor, Auburndale“From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The treatment itself was gentle yet effective, and I could feel a significant improvement in my stress levels and overall well-being. Following the acupuncture, I had a massage that was equally exceptional. The therapist was highly skilled, using the perfect amount of pressure to relieve my muscle tension and pain. The combination of techniques used left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Overall, my visit exceeded my expectations. The blend of acupuncture and massage provided a holistic approach to wellness that I highly recommend to anyone seeking relief from stress, pain, or simply looking to enhance their health. I will definitely be returning for future treatments. I also loved the served tea at the end of the session, which was a perfect finishing touch to a wonderful experience.“

Dr. Daeseon Kim quickly and accurately diagnosed my issues and worked diligently each and every day to help me overcome my pain. We made steady progress and he listened to my concerns and eased my fears throughout the recovery process. He gave me exercises, everyday lifestyle tips and administered manual therapy. I felt great every time I left the office. The team, especially Rachel, was very helpful, patient and understanding in helping me with a painful insurance issue. She remained professional and friendly throughout despite a long frustrating process to resolve the problem. I am grateful that she was on my case. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs physical therapy. 5 stars.“

234 E 60th St, Manhattan“I am so grateful for this chiropractor! A family member recommended Dr. Fishel and said he’d help with my back pain and overall health and he did! He is thorough, responsive, and truly caring. I went to him last week with some carpal tunnel pain and after an adjustment, I don’t feel any inflammation. Julie, the physical therapist who works with him taught me invaluable strategies to strengthen my lower back. She was also so responsive and skillful. The Office Manager, Donna, couldn’t be kinder or more organized— the glue of it all. Thank you to all three for the care I needed to work on my goals and feel better.“
