The only place I will trust for my designer items. They don't just fix shoes. They also did a good job on hemming, better than the original stich. Great hep on hand bag too. Definitely a treasure in the neighborhood.

Getting more and more fed up with this place lately, but have mixed feelings . Left a couple of pairs of shoes to have taps put on. Usually, that's a "while you wait" repair. Three hours later I return and they aren't ready. They need a half hour more. Why? Then I learn that the cost of the taps that was $12 a couple of months ago is now $26. It's no longer worth the parking hassles to patronize this place. I don't blame the father who does excellent work. Just got my boots back and they look amazing! I just needed new sliders on my zippers that were broken or ripped off on old boots. My first time ever repairing a shoe/boot. I thought it would cost an arm and a leg just to get a new slider but to my surprise it was $10 each zipper. That is a very reasonable price and they were straight to the point when I came in with the boots. The place is small but they get to work and r very organized. So u will basically be in and out with them.I have a before and after photo. Amazing job! They r a life saver and ill be sure to be back with any future shoe repairs
