As a digital artist, I value all my data. Before the repair, they backed up all my data and I didn't lose any important files even images. While in the middle of the repair, they contacted me every important step of the decision and determined the price and plan before moving forward. When I called and told them about the problem, they told me to bring my computer and they fixed it right away.
As soon as I saw it, I jumped at it!!!
Much faster and easier than calling the monitor manufacturer directly.
