This is my second time coming here. The first time its ok so I told myself lets give it another chance. Omgg never again. I wanted a gel tips and ending up no nails at all. And the gel is so thick it looks super extra fake. And she also was rushing and soooo rude. Please dont come in here, I dont like saying that but do NOT waste your money. And the fact they expect us to give good tips. Its very sad because they dont know how to keep customers happy and satisfied.

H O R R I B L E like they dont even try. Smh dont waste yall money here. Plus fat girl she dont know what she doing period. And owner has NO customer service skills. Honestly close down please.

So I go in and the lady doing my nails just seems unhappy which is fine I get it so I don't say much to her when she finishes my nails some area look like a child had painted them but what's the point of arguing if she already looked like she was annoyed, and my anxiety was shooting through the roof. She's upset that I'm paying with the debit card. When I clearly asked, do you accept debit cards before I even asked to have any type of service done the older lady had said yes, we take debit cards, so why this lady was upset is beyond me. So when I go to pay, the older lady who is sitting down comes up to watch me to see what I put in as a tip literally stood right next to me it is the tackiest thing you could do. Then she tells her what I tipped and goes back and sits down . Forgot to mention they have signs posted that they want tips more than 18%.. um what happened to getting tipped for GOOD SERVICE. I could've done without the lady literally getting up and walking over basically on my shoulder to see what I was writing in for a tip, like WTH?! Because of this tasteless action, I will not be returning and I will go to downtown Flushing off of Main and continue to get my nails done where I happily tip $50+
