Such a horrible experience with one of the incompetent beauticians here. She was doing my brows and slit a part of the skin on my eye lid. Not to mention other unsanitary practices here such as dipping the wax stick into a common wax pot(over and over again). When i initially stopped the beautician because i felt pain, she continued to guide me through the brow process. This mistake was created due to malpractice and negligence as she was in a hurry to take the next customer. This place needs a sanitation inspection asap. Will never take service from here again.

The person that does the nose piercing is so horrendous and rude. She has attitude issues with all the customers and that is totally wrong. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. She should get fired. She's a Bengali lady and she does mostly the hair cut which she's horrendous at.

Never go this place for hair services, the lady is very rude and place and appliances looks very dirty. The hair colour she put looks like ink colour and asked me to dry my hairs after washing by myself and was giving me the bad look all the time.
