Worst customer service ever. The beauticians especially Kenjal's sister (Gujarati lady) and a nepali lady (who works 6 days a week) are very unfriendly and rude. When I went to get my brows done, a nepali lady told me that my brows have grown like a forest and I should get my brows done every two weeks and the Gujati lady did not let me use the bathroom (earlier they allowed) and when I was getting my hair fixed before leaving, she thought that I was about to use the bathroom and again told me that there is no bathroom in a very rude way. Never visit that place. I am a regular customer and will never go there again. The ladies do not know how to treat their customers....read full review

A beautician Kenjal sister is so rude and unfriendly. They don't value the customer. They do not let you use the bathroom. Never ever visit this Salon. Very unsatisfactory service.

Such a horrible experience with one of the incompetent beauticians here. She was doing my brows and slit a part of the skin on my eye lid. Not to mention other unsanitary practices here such as dipping the wax stick into a common wax pot(over and over again). When i initially stopped the beautician because i felt pain, she continued to guide me through the brow process. This mistake was created due to malpractice and negligence as she was in a hurry to take the next customer. This place needs a sanitation inspection asap. Will never take service from here again.
