I had an excellent experience learning to drive with Instructor Sam and I can’t recommend him enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, calm, and encouraging, which really helped me build confidence behind the wheel. I had experience and a driver's license from another country, so I purchased only 3 lessons with Robert. He is patient and calm and successfully help me get my license.
I cannot speak for people WITHOUT any prior experience.
The people in charge of customer service are contradicting each other. I asked about discounts multiple times, one told me 10% for a cash discount (in writing!), one told me $10 and when I got to the payment the third one told me there was none!
Their English is not very good.
Highly recommend Coach Zhang Guocai! He is patient, calm, and very experienced. As a beginner, I passed my New York road test on the first try. Coach Zhang knows the test routes and examiners very well, and shares useful tips that really helped me feel confident. Great experience for anyone preparing for their road test!
