Very prompt, descriptive and professional in all aspects from beginning to end of the process and was reasonably priced. Will use again and highly recommended. Other services didn't make me feel comfortable to use them after previous usage.

Even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Garofalo Plumbing responded immediately to our call about a leak. The owner himself spoke with me by phone, giving excellent, easy to follow advice on how to stop the leak without incurring the expense of a visit. We left off with an understanding that I’ll call back if the leak comes back. No charge for his time and expert advice. Months ago, Garofalo responded right away to replace our water heater, doing a great job. We highly recommend them!

Our water heater failed yesterday, leaking steaming water everywhere. Garofalo arrived at our house rapidly, barely 1/2 hour later. They finished replacing the water heater early this morning, you can't ask for better service than that. My family has relied on Garofalo Plumbing for decades and we highly recommend them.
