About Fountain of Youth Health Spa
The Fountain of Youth Health Spa is a local business that offers Korean body scrubs, massages, and facial treatments. The spa is generally clean and well-maintained, although some may find the service area to be a bit cramped. The admission fee and services are reasonably priced, but the food and drinks can be a bit expensive. The spa is known for its excellent Korean body scrubs, which leave customers' skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It also features a hot bath at 104⁰, a steam room, a dry sauna, and a coed sauna upstairs that is a good place to relax. The spa offers rice water as a refreshing beverage and provides locker keys, towels, and toothbrushes for guests. Customers need to be nude for treatments, with separate sides for men and women. Some treatments may require nudity around others, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The staff is friendly and treats guests with respect. Overall, customers appreciate the high-quality services, the relaxing atmosphere, and the traditional, home-like feel of the spa.
Love this place! Great massage and day access to jacuzzi, steam room, cold plunge and sauna. Great price and clean facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged. If you are used to Bathhouse or spa castle, this is not that. No frills, family owned I believe. Not over the top, overpriced or overcrowded.
What a wonderful experience! I had just finished 3 straight weeks of work and needed to destress so I went all in with the body scrub & massage which is $140 (not including tip) for 80 minutes. Fortunately I read the reviews so I knew it would be nude (men’s and women’s bath areas are separate.) It was a wild ride being a first timer, but worth every penny and my skin has never been cleaner or softer. As others have said, bring cash to tip but everything else can be paid for via card.
This was my first real Korean sauna. I loved it and plan to go back. The quality and attention to detail of the scrub and massage are 1,000 times better than at Sojo Spa. The front desk lady was very nice. She gives two towels, an outfit for the co-ed area, and a wrist bracelet with a key to each guest. The number on your bracelet corresponds to your assigned locker. Everything in the women's side was clean.
Bring your own hair brush, toiletries (eg: lotion, sunblock, your favorite hair product like hair oil or leave-in conditioner), spare underwear, and a little water bottle for afterwards.
