Had a great experience at Dr. Scalp. When you arrive they give you slippers to wear (recommend bringing your own socks if you are in sandals) and the space is very clean and comfortable. The people who work there are so nice and make the experience very relaxing. They start the process by taking photos of your scalp close up with a microscope camera lens. Then a series of different solutions they apply to the scalp. Then a long steam and a lot of shampoo and scrubbing. This was the best part. Then drying and more solutions. The staff are very friendly and nice. They use advanced equipment to test the scalp. I had a scalp SPA massage which was very comfortable. The lady has a great attitude and her techniques are very professional!

I came for a scalp deep clean, it was pretty easy to get an appointment at the time I wanted. Arrived a bit early they still could accommodate to see us early,The first time it started with consultation they asked detailed questions about diet, stress, sleep and problems of the scalp health and then they take pictures of the scalp to show any issue needs to be treated to recommend a treatment that works for your needs.The whole thing took about 90mins including consultation and scanning. The cleaning includes some strum application, shampoo, massage, steaming and varieties of Korean products to help your needs.
