“Kevin is one of the most honest people I have come across in the automotive repair industry. Especially as a single female. I bought a 2003 Saturn VUE from a dealer I knew in California. The day it arrived in NYC the transmission went out. (Yes I did my research and knew this model had transmission problems but I got it really cheap and the dealership payed for everything) Scrambling to find a shop that was honest and does good work near my work in the Bronx was a mission but Kevin was great through the entire stressful process. Now a year and a half later. My transmission went out again. (Knowing it would happen again soon) stranded in the Bronx at night I called geico and had them tow it to the one shop I knew. I contact Kevin in the morning. He took a look and said yep! It is the transmission again. He said he would store it there no charge until I figured out what to do with it. Calling every single junk yard in the book. No one wanted that piece of crap and I knew I wasn't going to get much for it. If you didn't know Saturn is out of business and is a car that is not made of metal. He said he would check around and see if he could get better offers. (He took the time out of his day even though I wasn't paying him for any repairs) Calls me a couple days later and offers to buy me out of the car. So when the shop has some free time. They can tear apart the cars transmission and investigate why this model had so many problems. That's a dedicated person. 10 stars if I could because everyone who has had to deal with these problems knows what stress it causes.“
“Best Tesla customer service experience I’ve had in 2 years or ownership. I went in to change out my tire as it was flat. Tracy (sp) was absolutely fantastic. Even though she was with a customer, she acknowledged my presence and said she would be right with me. She was able to have my car worked on right away even though I was an hour early. (Very nervous the tire might go down again after inflating so we headed straight there right after landing from London)She understood what I needed done (keep the old tire and use my own new tire as we have 2 backups). The car was ready in 20 minutes and when I voiced concerns I had in the past with other service centers she personally went to check the car for me and all was well. Every Tesla location should have a Tracy!“
