I represent landlord - Seawest, LLC (“SEAWEST”) - and would like to direct this message to all folks who oversee New York City properties with 3+ units. SEAWEST runs a 3-unit property at the water front location in Far Rockaway, NY area. SEAWEST came across ATG Mechanical Corp. (“ATG”) in 2019. Back then - during pre-ATG days - the property was flooded due to a faulty water heater, which required removal and replacement. I picked them based on the Google rating and was not disappointed. Straight forward with the assessment, clear on the options, and delivered the best outcome quickly. I highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to call again.
Victor and Saul were fantastic and fixed my boiler issue quickly and for a fair price. Other companies tried to charge me significantly more but ATG fairly assessed the situation and resolved the issue. Really glad I went with them and I will be a repeat customer.If you have a Navien unit they are particularly great and knowledgeable!
