“Rommer M. came to my home to perform the annual maintenance and performance check on my Generac whole house generator. Although Rommer had worked on his generator previously, he took nothing for granted and asked questions that proved to me he was truly interested in the complete picture of its operation, and my total satisfaction with the unit. Close to the completion of his work, I asked questions about the battery, and the anticipated life expectancy of them, particularly in this northern environment. Instead of giving me a quick, two sentence answer, Rommer thoroughly explained the limits, funtionality, and weather implications of these batteries. Although my battery was found to be slightly above the lower limit recommended for replacement, Rommer never tried to “hard sell” the product, but left it to my discretion.

“Updated, 9/7/23 & 9/15/23, 12/13/23, 4/18/24, 9/5/24. We just had another two wonderful technicians (John Bova and Jordan DeVita ) come to our home to service our ductless HVAC system. They were each terrific, professional and very friendly (as always). And as with all the other technicians who have come to our home, we were so pleased and impressed by John and Jordan's work ethic, knowledge and efficiency to complete the work expertly. “Perry was very helpful. My hot water heater was leaking and he was there to fix my problems quickly. He answered all my questions honestly. He is also very knowledgeable in plumbing and gave many valuable tips for future needs I will have with my heating and water system. After discussing my options I decided to get a new hot water heater installed. He replaced my hot water heater along with some other valves and it looks and works great now.
