I googled air-conditioning repair, had a company come by, and they quoted me a new condenser, other equipment, and a bill that was several thousands of dollars. They were each terrific, professional and very friendly (as always). “Rommer M. came to my home to perform the annual maintenance and performance check on my Generac whole house generator. Although Rommer had worked on his generator previously, he took nothing for granted and asked questions that proved to me he was truly interested in the complete picture of its operation, and my total satisfaction with the unit. Close to the completion of his work, I asked questions about the battery, and the anticipated life expectancy of them, particularly in this northern environment. Instead of giving me a quick, two sentence answer, Rommer thoroughly explained the limits, funtionality, and weather implications of these batteries. Although my battery was found to be slightly above the lower limit recommended for replacement, Rommer never tried to “hard sell” the product, but left it to my discretion.
