Anissa was amazing she knew exactly where my body was knotting up and how to stretch and massage me to where I felt a great amount of relief. I highly recommend her!!! She was absolutely wonderful. She also stretched the areas where I had pain and showed me stretches to do to help keep it from knotting and tightening up .
