My boyfriend purchased a Joe Rodeo watch from this company via Mercari. Upon openening his packaging he noticed how it was missing the two bands as advertised. Not a huge issue. Upon further inspection he noticed that the inner circle of the bezel was gold when he ordered a silver watch; which is loose and causing the watch to not work at all. The ad never stated that parts were changed out, it was described as the display model.. The watch was never cleaned by the way, as it was also caked in grub like it was used. Horrible customer service regarding a previous purchase and when inquired about the broken watch straps and the manufacturer's phone number, the person I spoke with was very unhelpful and rudeFrom employee or owner "Customer bought a $30 watch 12 years ago. Now he want to exchange it. Watch has 1 year warranty".What a liar man, I never asked for a replacement I asked if they had the contact info to the manufacturer but they told me they went out of business.
