Make an appt with Eva, you won’t be disappointed! I had a 90min massage and never felt rushed or uncomfortable or in pain. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back and to share this spot with others. Thanks, Eva!
I highly recommend this place! My husband and I were both very pleased with our 2-hour massages. Lisa took care of me, while Anna worked on my husband. I went in with a very bad lower backache and tight shoulders. Lisa was able to troubleshoot and worked on the troubled spots right away - first with a “dry” massage to relax me and then worked with oil to get the knots out. My husband had come in for a 90min but decided to extend for another 30min because Anna was very skilful.
In my case, I had requested for Lisa to work mostly on my back and shoulders. This is a place I’d love to visit once a month for “maintenance”.

If I lived in Fishkill, I would be here every week! From warm water in the foot bath to the pressure of the foot treatment, this was one of the best reflexology treatments I’ve EVER had. Overall health can improve dramatically with a trained and seasoned therapist so I can’t recommend Tao Spa more.
My husband and I arrived and were seated in the same room, dimly lit with light music in the background. It was such a relaxing treatment, even the murmur of the therapists voices could not distract me from the heaven I was receiving.
They are SKILLED! We will be back on our next visit to Fishkill.
