It was my first time visiting a dermatologists office and had my procedure done by Carolyn and her support staff and was impressed by the care I received. They were efficient, knowledgeable and kind and I overall had a great experience. I would highly recommend going to them.
Doctors examination was very thorough, but when to come back for another check up with a history of cancer was left up in the air. would like to know if he needs to come more than once a year
I've been going to Dr. Laorno for several years now. Appointments are easy to make and scheduled in the very near future. The doctor and her staff are empathic with their patients, and realize we are lay people; explaining procedures and treatment plans in plain English. The front desk handles insurance claims. They use the correct HPCP codes. So you don't have to worry or deal with insurer's.
