Nice people but in the few months I used them they were CLOSED WITHOUT NOTICE 3 TIMES.This is especially frustrating since they are only open ~ 4.5 days per week to begin with.No cleaning is done on premises. Wait time can be as long as 3-4 days.

Laura is a doll. She is a bard working kind and personable expert. I have had a couple dresses hemmed etc by her and had the privilege of her expertise on my wedding gown. Amazing work, humble person. Will be back again and again and again....

I do not recommend going here with any item you care about since it might result in getting stained. I also do not recommend going here if you want to risk being called a liar. I brought my perfectly clean wedding dress (and I have pictures to prove it) to Andrea's to be steamed. When I picked it up, it wasn't steamed enough for my liking so I asked her to re-steam it. The second time, the dress was steamed very nicely, however there were stains on the front that I had to point out. Once I pointed them out, she mentioned another stain on the bottom. She claimed that the company she sends things to to be steamed called her and said there was a stain, but the guy didn't have pictures nor told me there was a stain. When I got home and took a closer look, there was a larger stain on the back (see pictures). I called her and she said that I told her about the stain when I dropped off the dress and that she has a recording of it. She said she would send me the recording and never did...probably because it doesn't exist. If I knew my wedding dress had a stain on it, don't you think I'd ask for it to be cleaned?! Andrea refunded me the money for the steam but didn't have enough time to get the stain out, so I was left with a stained dress on my wedding day. I've been to Andrea one other time prior to this for a hem, and she did a nice job which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
