Called to talk about a service they offer and was greeted by a young lady named "Trinity" after asked a few questions apparently she didn't like the questions I asked and started being pretty rude. I figured I would just stop in to get a better understanding and said oh the phone "alright well I appreciate your help" and she promptly hung up on me. I'm currently kind of laughing because I'm in a little bit of disbelief. Regardless I won't be utilizing their services if this is how their staff treat potential clients. Hopefully if whoever reading this decides to try them out they have a better experience than me.

I was supposed to have an appointment for a float tank session & the sauna. Long story short - Wasted my time and gas by driving about 30 minutes to get here (one way) only to find “ the recovery lounge” is closed. This was supposed to be my first appointment with this establishment, and I would have likely become a regular if anyone had bothered to communicate with me about not wasting my time. I was sent an email confirming my appointment(s) for today, so I had assumed that they were going to be open despite the holiday.
