A few weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment at the Fayetteville Supercuts, knowing exactly what haircut I wanted, with a picture of myself with the haircut from a few years ago. Right after a bad day at work, I went to the salon and realized I had left my cellphone at work. I described the hairstyle to COLLEEN, and she did it perfectly! I have a shortish cut that requires no styling to look good. I'm scheduling an appointment with Colleen very soon for a trim.

My mom had Hannah, and she did a phenomenal cut for my mom. My mom wanted short layers and it turned out really great. My mom won't have to put her hair up anymore. Thanks Hannah, for helping my mom.

I made an appointment through Supercuts' online appointment setter the morning of my appointment. It was a Saturday morning, September 27th, and there was only one appointment left that morning. I knew they were going to be busy but I needed to get a haircut and could not come during the week. Due to the shortage of workers, there were only two stylists. When I got there one of the stylist told me I would have to wait because they were busy. She was very pleasant. After I came about 6 more people came. Both stylists were very patient telling the customers that they were a little behind and that there would be a wait. I was impressed with the stylists' professionalism....read full review
