Spencer heating and air conditioning installed both when we built my new house 22 years ago . They did an outstanding job . In those 22 years they have been back twice for some minor age and usage related repairs. I have always been very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Brian, the owner has always been on sight . Having been a business owner I have dealt with many various contractors for both home and business, I would put Spencer Heating and Air at the top along with Bauer Brothers plumbing, both excellent companies. Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning installed my Air Conditioner 2 years ago - system developed tiny pressure leak due to other attic work. Spencer responded within an hour with a tech who was knowledgeable and efficient. Repair was made, system charged and I am good to go again in less that 3 hours. Great service all around!
