My first class I was super nervous and she was so great about being patient and knowledgeable about what to start me off doing. I love how the classes are max 5 people because I feel like I’m truly getting the most out of my workouts knowing that Terri is able to give me her attention and help me correct my form if I need it or help me understand a workout more in depth.
