I have to have an in person exam, this location is one of the few that offer this. From the phone call to set up the appointment to getting my glasses they were professional, respectful and patient. Facility was clean and uncluttered. The staff we dealt with were knowledgeable in the insurance used, my needs. Was treated as the main task at that time. We felt it was worth the travel, hence my husband set up an appointment, also received the same professional treatment.

Greeted and assisted right away. Seen very timely by eye Dr for exam. He was quite Informative about this exam compared to last. Helpful with me re small cararacts, etc. All staff was welcoming and cordial. Been coming to this location for 20+ yrs.

My only complaint is Amilia who attempts to schedule my appointment. I was not given the option with either telemedicine vs in person eye exam. I had to call to reschedule the whole appointment
