Complete and total disaster. They demand you crown every tooth and if you fight them they are totally rude. The office manager is a large blonde woman. She is not even a dr or dentist. But she will come in and fight with you about getting crowns on the majority of your teeth. They pulled several teeth in my mouth that i found out later could of easily been saved. And the work was super super painful I did let them do. It was hands down the worst medical office experience of my life. DO NOT GO THERE.

I wish I never went here. Went for a cleaning told me I needed four crowns. I got them and they are awful and weren't needed. Also had the worst cleaning ever. Last about 5 minutes and my teeth are not clean. Please don't go here.

BEWARE!! This place is a scam! I went to have a tooth pulled and was told I needed 4 crowns and a bridge. I also wanted my teeth cleaned and a night time mouth guard. The started the work the next day after I signed an agreement of the work to be done and my portion of the bill after insurance. I paid over half down and they ground my teeth which I wasn't aware they were going to do until it was too late. Nothing was explained. They fitted the temporary crowns that fell off several times. Finally got the bridge and permanent crowns that didn't fit right. The dentist had to grind down the crowns so much it weakened them. One crown that WAS attached to my bridge has crumbled and is sharp and jagged. I had an appointment to have my teeth deep cleaned which was nothing but a normal scaling and no planing. It was a joke. Then I get a call from them that they no longer take my insurance! They didn't even complete the work that was started! My insurance company had denied to pay for UNNECESSARY CROWNS! Three of the 4 crowns were not necessary! I never got my guard, I denied one crown they wanted to do,and didn't get a deep cleaning but they kept my money!! The day before one of my appointments I read in the paper the manager/owner and her husband were arrested for embezzling money from another practice!! And after researching more I see she has had many lawsuits and issues with different dental offices! I would have not went to my appointment except I was only having a cleaning. It never was complete and of course I was told they didn't take my insurance any longer, which is common practice for this place if they aren't making money on you or you've already given them your money. ITS A SCAM!! It looks all nice and professional but it's a scam! I am now left with a huge problem that is going to cost me three teeth instead of the one I went in to have pulled and a partial denture plate due to their shoddy and unnecessary work! This place needs to be shut down!
