Wonderful Honest and Fair Home Inspectors!
I needed an inspection today and ordered it yesterday. The inspector showed up promptly and took a good 2 hours to inspect. He laid out every little detail that needed addressing. My realtor sent the list of items over to the seller and asked to have them all fixed prior to. They agreed. I would recommend this company to anyone!
I self-identify as a pest. I ask a million questions and I want a resource for every answer. Damon Lee was my inspector and allowed me to hover over him and question everything. Everything. He was patient, thorough, and the issues he identified were reflected in the final inspection report I received the next day. Based on my experience as a first-time homeowner, I recommend Damon and The Inspection Boys.
