If i could give 0 stars I would. I had Tyler come for a estimate he said he would get back to me that day and he never did. I been messaging them and no reply back. I guess what I needed was too small for them to come even tho like I told them I would be adding a deck and redoing kitchen in a year.
Anthony was great. I really enjoyed working with him and now that a couple of months have gone by, when I look at my house I am very happy and proud. Him and his team did an amazing job. Worth every cent. Good quality through and through. Don’t look any further if you are considering strong island construction. I shopped around and met other contractors. He is the guy. He will get the job done to your expectations and you will be happy you chose him. He did roof, all the trims, windows and siding on my house.
My once dry basement now leaks, started right after the roof was replaced by Strong Island. I tried to hire him for 2 jobs,but he never came back to do the second job. Water is pouring off the corners of the roof, and not into the gutters. I wasn't happy with the garage roof and asked him to secure a section that was bubbling up, he said that was normal. I had to be aggressive to get him to do something about it, and it wasn't really better when he did adress the issue. I am afraid I will have to hire another company to fix what they have done.Service: Roof installation
