Not only did I love my haircut, Francesca went the extra mile to talk about the health of my hair and suggested I see my doctor to see if I'm low on certain vitamins that affect my hair - something I never considered! This is something literally no one else ever suggested to me. Francesca was kind, professional, and went that extra mile for me. I could tell she cared about more than just cutting my hair.
