For decades I've used pop-up chain type tax prep companies. In most recent years I've used a popular tax preparation app in order to save money on high service fees but have always wondered if I was getting everything I was entitled to. Well this year I tried Mr.Giunta, and couldn't be more satisfied. With a folder in hand full of documents and receipts, Tom knew exactly what he needed and got me the rebates I was entitled to. Tom was fast and friendly. I didn't even have to listen to other customers or tax prep agents in the cubicle next to me because his office was private. No phone calls or other distractions. This was by far the best tax preparation experience I've ever had and will use his service every year from now on. I can say with confidence Tom provided me the full tax refund I was entitled to and his service fee was incredibly less that I've paid in the past. I'll be seeing him soon so he can help me investment options for the future.
Absolute best in the business, especially in Upstate NY. Needed a large sectional cleaned for an event only a few days away and they made room in the schedule and cleaned the couch quickly. The cream couch is now looking good as new. Cannot recommend Revive enough! They are great!

Amazing team of top notch professionals From the sale to the finish!Jeff helped think thru the project, provided great ideas and gave us a fair price. These guys are not the least expensive in the market, but they are definitely the BEST! The mechanics thoroughly did their prep work and left the area clean and ready for the pavers. The paver team came in and left the area sparkling!! We discovered a small issue after everyone left and it was dealt with quickly. I sent an email looking for information on March 11, 2021. The website says no in person consults at this time. Like most companies, even though they provide information to communicate via email, they fail to email you back or provide you with good service. I haven't heard back. We had a stone driveway for many years. We wanted an asphalt driveway. We read the reviews from other paving companies, we talked to people and we saw the work AG Paving had done for others. To us, it was an easy choice, plus we were given the best price for the project to be done. From start to finish, communication was excellent, Brian...the owner, worked along with the crew, and everyone had an awesome attitude, smile and nothing but the best customer service given to us. They all worked under a high temp and humidity, they still were focus and dedicated on the project. Everyone worked like a team. The perfection to every detail was incredible. As for the clean up.....what can I say. Amazing. You could not even tell that prior to the clean up, many people and a lot of heavy equipment and products were part of this job. We are looking forward to hire them again to reseal the driveway when the time comes. In finishing, my wife and myself we highly recommend AG Paving. I have been a fan of TKO for a while now. The experience at their salon is like no other. Every time I have had an appointment with them my stylist always goes above and beyond. I really appreciate the time they take to make sure you are getting the exact cut or color you are looking for. I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut and blow dry with Haley. She is a newer stylist to the TKO team, but her attention to detail and the way she took her time with me and my hair was amazing. I will be back in the future for another appointment. Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and always on time. Got their information from my aunt who had house mice and she went through multiple pest company’s no one but ehrlich could get rid of her mice. We contacted them due to wasp, mice and stink bugs. Highly recommend!
For and older woman needing glasses for the first time and very confused about the process they were so attentive and caring. I was made comfortable during my exam and he even took time to help me pick out my first pair of glasses which took a while. I am very happy I went with this place! Great experience!
I'm not one to typically leave reviews but i just had to show my appreciation. I unexpectedly had to book my dog for 10 days while i went out of town and our normal place was full so I contacted Finger Lakes. I was extremely nervous taking my dog somewhere new for so long and they made me so comfortable, walked me through the facility, explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease. They're so kind and you can just see how much they really care about these animals. When I got home yesterday my dog was happy as could be and every time i called while out of town they explained he was having a great time and gave me a detailed update (and I called frequently lol). I cant thank them enough for how easy they made this process for me and how comfortable they made me and my fur baby feel. Thank you so much! Buck will definitely be back
They do great work, they're friendly, and have fair prices!! We have had a lot of work done on our house by Dayton Enterprises and will continue to call them when we need stuff taken care of!!
