With Pride was referred to us by Bob Wright of WAG Enterprises (Electricians-excellent job!)We estimated with Jimmy Martinez of With Pride. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and extremely professional! The estimate came in on target. The installers are very neat and hard working. The installation was done in one long day. 2 condensers, 3 ceiling cassettes and one wall mount. My wife, Geri & I, can not believe how quickly the wall mount unit brings up the temperature (heat) in just a few minutes. From my first call into the office and conversation with Ira to the final call from John the technician who worked on my issue, everything was first rate. I was 1200 miles away while John worked on my heating system. His follow up phone call were a pleasant surprise. John was in my home doing his work without my presence. My trust in him and With Pride is now even more substantial. Congratulations to owner for a fine staff.
