In this day and age it is hard to find people who will go above and beyond to help you. However, Robert Schein, in the Farmingdale location, did absolutely that.Time is not on my side as I have a very short time frame of when I need to get my windows. I called very upset after hearing from the sales rep that there may be delay in getting my door. I have been waiting months for this door from Andersen. He transferred me to another department and the rep that picked up was named Alex I believe. I feel bad because I really unloaded on him. However I truly regret doing so. He was the kindest person to talk to. He assured me everything was ok and that I was in good hands. He even checked the ship date on Andersen's site for me and it turned out to shipping a little earlier. He was really sympathetic to how I felt and explained this happens every now and then and it really was not worth getting really upset, but understood... read full review
