I am a very picky client and Platinum surpassed all my expectations! Anthony's design capabilities vastly surpassed anyone else I interviewed. Anthony and Megan went above and beyond in navigating through a difficult permit process. The team was delightful that did the work (kind of missed them when they left). Lastly, the work looks as good today as it did when it was completed three years ago. It is one thing to be pleased with work when it is new, but to every day beam when you come home thanks to the work done by Platinum is an undescribable satisfaction. Platinum views a job as an ongoing relationship. I just needed bulbs for my steps and three years after completion, Anthony went above and beyond in helping me.
