1st, i had a situation where this franchise owner, Jim Berardi tried to "bait and switch" me on the quoted price after giving me an amount to be competitive with his competition. After I told his worker to pack back up and leave, Jim said it was a mistake. When I complained to his worker, he admitted it happens all the time. 2nd, I had a problem with the cleaning of my steps, they actually looked dirtier then when he cleaned them. (3rd) I had spots appear on my wood floor. ( we only noticed the spots after we polished the floors a few weeks later) I assumed it was from the dripping of the hoses used to connect to the carpet vacuum when they dragged the hose... read full review
