1st, i had a situation where this franchise owner, Jim Berardi tried to "bait and switch" me on the quoted price after giving me an amount to be competitive with his competition. After I told his worker to pack back up and leave, Jim said it was a mistake. When I complained to his worker, he admitted it happens all the time. 2nd, I had a problem with the cleaning of my steps, they actually looked dirtier then when he cleaned them. (3rd) I had spots appear on my wood floor. ( we only noticed the spots after we polished the floors a few weeks later) I assumed it was from the dripping of the hoses used to connect to the carpet vacuum when they dragged the hose out through the house. I had to push the owner on both and he finally after about a month, he agreed to re do the steps only. He claimed he needed his "teck guy" to check out the spots on the wood floor. This all started in Sept. of 2019 and last week I had enough of his delays. I even tried to get a sample of the chemical fluid they use on the carpet so I could test my floors when the worker came back to do the steps. But when I requested a sample he advised me that Jim said he would be fired if he gave me a sample? What does all this tell you about this proprietor. I am starting insurance communication against his company and hopefully I will get some satisfaction.
