The rudest most disrespectful encounter I have ever had as a 58 year old woman. Spoken down to, hung up on, then did not answer phone! I was asking for a manger to discuss employee’s behavior and just ignored. The owner should be made aware that there is no excuse for hired from desk help to treat others in that manner. I was upset over a misquote but I was not rude to them! I will continue to advise everyone in the area to stay far from this location! RUDE and ENTITLED behavior! My freshman class has better people skills!

The aesthetician was wonderful kind and very knowledgeable it's too bad she is working at this location because the manager and front desk only cares about your money . There is zero customer service . I had to cancel an appointment due to the fact that I had gotten COVID and I left multiple messages telling this answering machine this the day before and I spoke to two different people to inform Them That I would like to reschedule when I was better and they insisted on charging me the full service anyway no exceptions ! I asked if I should come in with Covid ( I would Never ) they just kept telling me the manager would call me this went on at least... read full review

Avoid getting a membership at this specific location. Before you consider any membership at any Massage Envy, please do a research, call the other Massage and ask if they honor the membership at rhe Lindenhurst location in NY, compare prices, READ the lengthy contract on the tablet or ask for a printed copy so you can read it FIRST and them make an informed decision. Turns out, they say one thing, the contract says another and the schuduling people says something else, specifically when you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment with someone that you don't want to have a massage with or a facial.
