Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value 7/2013 They installed a Reem 3.5 Ton Variable Speed system with Electric Heat Back Up and a Hepa Filtration Unit. They customized the system return so it doubled as an Air Return and also allowed Entry into the attic to service the Evaporator System. The crew was very professional, clean and knowledgeable. The A/C Trunks and Vents were strategically placed allowing both walk around accessible in the attics and proper cooling throughout my House. The owner Andy Haugen had made this transition very comfortable for us, from contract to completion. Over the past 7 years I've needed only two service calls from them and they were quick to respond and correct the issues. I would and have highly recommended them for both Installations and Service to friends and neighbors. Trust and Comfortably is how I describe Haugen Bros.
