I ordered a pair of expensive frames from this site. After several calls, it became apparent that they did not have the specific frame that I had authorized. They continued to spam my email account with "call us, we have a problem with your order" for several weeks. Four weeks later, they charged my credit card for close to $600, even though I never received any merchandise from them. Not a good look. I have disputed the charge.

When I initially searched Maui Jim lens repairs I thought I had clicked on the Maui Jim site. Once communication started it was obvious I had been duped. My bad. I researched eyeglasses depot online and was alarmed by what I saw in the reviews.When I told them I was not going to send in my Maui’s I was told I owed $10 for the shipping label created. Then I was told they were in $40 to create that $10 shipping label (I LOL’d on that one and knew right then that this wasn’t legit ). I told them they where doing something wrong if that was the case and they should just cancel the label. Scam. They said they could fix for $125. I said no. Says they would fix for $85. I said ok. Paid bill. After 2 weeks they said can’t fix them. I asked for refund. The only refunded part kept part for shipping. I did get the frames back but then the sakes person sent e-mail asking for gratuity fir his good work WHAT. This company is a try scam. Wish I had check google first. Don’t trust them.
