I contacted DUCTZ of LI during a family health emergency during which I was concerned about the air quality in my elderly mother's home. I knew I needed to address the system -- neglected for many years -- with expert care. Dean returned my call very quickly and then worked with me to come the next day even though I had my own host of difficult scheduling constraints. His calm attitude, flexibility, and understanding nature were all appreciated during a stressful time. He did a thorough assessment of the entire HVAC system, took photos documenting what work needed to be done, and spent time explaining the rationale for each piece. Given the scale of the project, a very reasonable quote was provided in 48 hrs and the work was scheduled promptly. His team arrived at the house on time and were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They utilized mats, plastics, vacuums, and a HEPA \\\"containment zone\\\" to keep everything neat and clean. I am happy to report my mother is doing better and we are all already benefitting from the improved air quality in the home. I would highly recommend the team at DUCTZ of LI. You're getting the real deal with this company.
The first thing I noticed this morning was that Dean and his crew showed up exactly at the time they said they would. They were punctual and extremely polite when they came to my house. They take pride in their work, and respect the customers house. They covered my wood floors in drop cloths to make sure nothing was scratched, they put booties on their shoes to prevent dirtying the inside of my home, and they were very careful with all their tools. They took the extra time to make sure things didn't slam on the floor, or smash into walls or moldings. It sounds insignificant, but it's very rare these days to see people put in the little extra effort that's required to make a difference. Dean and the crew did exactly that. I'm super happy with the work completed on my home, I will be using them again in the future, and I will definitely be recommending them!
John Falvey (owner) and his son were awesome. I was told by other AC repairmen that my ductless AC units were old and needed to be replaced. John informed me that after a thorough cleaning by his staff, they would be operating like new. I'm happy to say that's exactly what happened.
