Very pleasent experience! The sweeps name was Joseph and he was just great. My wife and i had video inspections done on two rental properties we own because a previous company tried to scare us into installing 2 chimney liners for $5,500 into both houses and trying to scare us into same day emergency work due to carbon monoxide. (Shamrock Chimneys were the scammers dont ever use them) Turns out after both inspections only one of the properties needed a liner and it was not spewing carbon monoxide in our home as we were told! Honest and reliable which is very hard to come by these days. The sweeps name was Joseph I believe, very professional, honest, and knowledgeable... I had 3 other companies come and Joseph was the only one to walk me through everything and explain the work to me instead of being in and out in there minutes. They made me feel that my satisfaction was more important than my money and I was really impressed. They did a really nice job and ACTUALLY CLEANED UP their mess!!! Very happy overall!

I wanted my chimney capped and I did a lot of research before hiring this company for the job. Joseph, who came to my house gave me some options to make sure the cap looked beautiful like it is part of the house; white coated to match the trimming of the house and not just a metal box covering the chimney. I can tell this company really cares about customer satisfaction. I had estimates done from other companies for the same job and one company (not this one) wanted me to pay for the scaffold for the capping job which would have added expense tremendously.
