It is very clean and they are very friendly but like in any medical center, I feel that you waste more time than you should, if you already have an appointment you should come in to see you at that time but that is not the case and you have to wait longer
My PC is Dr. Ifenay Oguaha, and he is a great doctor. However, making an appointment is the worst in the world. I called on 1/9/24 and again on 1/17/24; I've yet to receive a callback just to make an appointment. I called again today, 1/19/24. This is not the first time I had to call several times before someone called me back. If it weren't for Dr. Oguaha, I would have changed my healthcare location. **YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO THE WAY YOU USE TO Handel APPOINTMENTS.
Staff is amazing, very professional, attentive and easy to communicate with. The wait time can be a bit long but the ladies behind the desk stay busy trying to accommodate all patients. Their bilingual skills help things move swiftly. The doctors are just as great as they put your physical and mental health primary and insure you the patient receive all services available. Over all the entire staff helps you feel welcomed and the facility offers serval different services.
