I visited Sonia salon on 3/4/2023 for a permanent dye coloring. I brought my own product a Phyto product. They had no prior experience with product, nor read any of the instructions. I was not comfortable and should have left this salon where the owner is only about stealing people money. I paid $60, eventhough I brought my own dye. The result, my hair which I had just grew back, fell out. Sonia and her staff are unprofessional, unlicensed and overpriced. Do not let the religious music she play fool you. One of worse experiences of my 60 plus years. Warning, avoid this beauty salon.

I had a great beautician on my hair today her name is Katrina she is a kind,thoughtful young lady,she took her time,I left 100%satisfied I'm not a person who let's just anyone in my hair I've used them in the past when i 1st moved to far Rockaway,i then had to deal with health related issues like breast cancer,chemotherapy,radiation.So now I'm NOW CANCER FREE!!!my hair has grown back,follicles are strong,firm.So i got the okay! From the dermatologist,cosmetologist,nowI've resumed my healthy hair journey with ana's hair salon.they are fabulous I love this place.Take your hair here,ooh! I went there for layers and a trim and she did a great job. She was fast and knew what I wanted. The previous place I went to many times had made my hair uneven. I may travel out here when I need my hair done.
