Donald took the money for installation of the Heat Pump system, we paid a lot, all he did bought a unit but the installation job was never finished, it took 3 months, thermostats are not installed and we spent $700 a week for a propane, the guy didn’t show up. Trying to call him, never answered or lying that he will come and disappear. Very curious who are these positive reviews coming from?
Do not consider this contractor as a serious one. He will promise you but never accomplish the job. Donald took the money, 3 months trying to get him to do his job. Thought the job is not cheap, he never finished it. Never ever pay in advance a single dollar! And he doesn’t pick up phone calls. He promised to come but then for weeks answer.
LET ME TELL YOU. So woke up this morning with no hot water . I request service through there website and no lie with 15 minutes Donald called asked about the issue. I quote" text me your address ill be there in an hour and a half" and in a hour and aHalf he was there .very polite and professional. I am writing this review so the people in need of great service that wont drain your wallet .call all phase and rest assured your in good handsService: Water heater repair
