He clean up after himself, wore booties to protect my rug, and borrowed my vacuum to clean the mess. The bay window installed was perfect, NO DRAFTS! The salesman came to my home with many options to my surprise. They offered payment options, and pointed out pros and cons to each option. Highly recommended, will definitely use again, if needed!!!!Please be aware that Window World contracts these jobs out to local tradesmen. That is why you see reviews that range from 1-5 stars.
