They were so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable and responded promptly to questions and concerns. They kept us informed every step of the way. Jason and Mark were extraordinary. We were also very impressed by the roofing crew, who worked steadily the entire time they were here, with none of the blaring radios, smoking, and long breaks of the company who’d replaced the roof previously. We highly recommend Oaks.

Had such an easy experience with them. I called during what I thought would be after hours but got a to speak to a person immediately. Pricing was straightforward and upfront. They cleaned out my slow moving tub drain which I couldn’t seem to unclog myself plus had another company tried as well. I was offered honest opinions with no hyperbole and feel confident in their work.
I had Joe's crew help me put in a new hot water heater for my house. They were professional and honest every step of the way. Went over to Jamestown container to see if I could get a box made. They were awesome. The employee Dave was great! Very informative. It was interesting to see how something was made that we take for granted. The fact that this big business would do that for 1 person 1 box is amazing. It made my day.
Visiting from out of town, 3rd Legion I went to was my last attempt at finding fellow Veterans. So happy to find them open, and everyone was so welcoming after going to 2 other posts that were either closed or not locatable based on address given. Visiting from out of town for a Funeral and it was nice to be made to feel at home and welcomed.
