“Canfield Vet has been providing our pet care for over 20 years! We recently introduced a new Boston Terrier to our family and Canfield has welcomed her with open arms. She loves going to the vet. They are a small town vet where everyone knows your pet and you and your pet are greeted warmly with true affect! The medical care is exceptional and thorough!“

“We took our horse there for an eye extraction because he had cancer in it. They did a great job, and the place was clean, the people were very nice and they were also nice enough to be able to work with us with the price. We rescue horses, and needed help with Popeye. They were very good. Popeye lived for another 8 years, before passing away with new polyps that was in the nasal passage. During a colic episode a clot went to his brain and dropped him.“

Despite being short-staffed (a common finding in all healthcare practices these days), and the large influx of animals seeking health care post-pandemic-- everyone there always goes above and beyond to help my pet!“

“I’d give 100 stars if I could. I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!“
