We have used Terry two times. The first time he repaired our dryer. The second time he diagnosed the issue with our broken refrigerator. When he couldn’t repair the refrigerator, Terry didn’t even charge us a service call, even though he came out two times and ordered a new part. Terry is responsive, professional and a great value. Amazing service!! Highly recommend!! Was able to come out to diagnose AND repair not only the same day I called but within ten minutes! So happy that he happened to be on a call in the neighborhood because our fridge which was on the fritz for awhile finally ran out of fumes we woke up to a puddle of melted ice in the kitchen and warm milk. Terry happened to have the part on his truck and we were up and running less than a half hour from the time I placed the call! Oven door was jammed and would not open. My wife needed to get dinner out of the oven so I forced it open. Unfortunately it would not close all the way to a point where the oven would not run until fully closed. So next day (Saturday) I found Terry's website and gave him a call. To my amazement Terry came out only a few hours later. Terry immediately knew what the problem was and after a number of adjustments was able to get the oven door properly installed and working. Excellent work at a very reasonable cost. Terry was courteous and would have him back in the future!!!
