Just Solutions and in particular, Dave Ondra are super helpful in resolving technical and machine issues. We have three locations that Just Solutions serve, and we have never been inconvenienced by the time it may take for issues to be resolved. They are all friendly and accommodating. Our Children's Place have been and will remain loyal customers to Just Solutions! Thanks again Dave for the quick turnaround on the toner ;)

I needed help migrating from OneDrive to ShareDrive and I got confused, clicked a few wrong buttons and ended up not being able to work on anything! Liz helped resolve the problem in under an hour and I was back up and running.

Jeff was very helpful in explaining the underlying problem as well as offering a solution. Within hours of his visit, he had searched the warehouse and found a (discontinued model) machine compatible with ours and informed me that the part was available! Excellent Technician, easy to work with and very helpful.
