Theresa and Sarah came out and gave us an in person estimate after measurements were made and answered any and all of our questions. Questions I had after the estimate was made were answered the same day either by email or a phone call. The 2 day installation process was also very smooth. Brian and Sal were our installers. They were polite and professional and got the job done efficiently. Also, the price was less than other estimates we received. It was a pleasure working with Garage Floor Coatings of Rochester, NY. They stood out from our initial encounter at the Home Show to the office staff and the actual workers. Brian and Sal worked so hard preparing the floor, repairing a major crack, and putting down all the layers of the coating. We could not believe the transformation. Our garage floor is beautiful. They worked hard, some days in to the evening hours. They are professional and believe strongly in their product. The finished product was beyond our expectation. We highly recommend them!
