“Amazing color correction! I waited a while to post this to see if the color would last etc. I went to my original hair stylist who showed up late, didn't remember me, messed up my hair and had to redo it before I could leave (totalling 8+ hours in her salon. NEVER AGAIN). I needed my hair corrected for a military ball and the stylist at Visible Changes was able to get me in within a day of asking for her help. She made me feel at ease, rook before and after pics (shocking imo), and helped me leave feeling incredibly confident in my hair identity again. The before pics don't do it justice, my 13 month old refused to come to me after I came home with my hair messed up. That was such a horrible feeling. Once I got my hair fixed, she smiled and looked like she was relieved I got it fixed?. I plan on making Visible Changes my regular salon. I'm sorry I don't remember my stylist's name, but she was fantastic and I highly recommend.

“When in NY on personal business I decided I needed a hair cut and found this salon. Not only was the cut exactly what I was looking for but the service was very old school and personable. Being that I was there for a funeral it was ,much to my surprise, nice to find that they had a fantastic tattoo artist on staff. She gave me a memorial tattoo in honor of the niece that I was in NY to berry. The ink was not only good work but has come to be the most special and important piece on me. Thank you Judy and all the other girls that were there and made my visit as nice as possible under the circumstances. You will always be remembered. I would recommend Judy and her team to anyone. It was a first class operation all the way.“

“Found this salon online. Made an appointment for cut and caramel highlights. My hair was a mess to begin with because I used boxed dye before. Yolanda is the hairstylist that did my hair was the nicest person ever. She and her assistant Candy made me feel like I was home. I also met some people from her family and they all were super nice. A literally felt like I was home. Yolanda made sure that we both were happy with the end result and only then she let me go. Outstanding service, great people.
